Who we are:
The Office of External Affairs of the Baha’is of Mauritius (OEA) represents the Mauritius Baha’i community in its relationships with the Mauritius government, non-governmental organizations, the media, and the broader public. OEA operates under the auspices of the National Spiritual Assembly of the Baha’is of Mauritius, the elected governing body of the Mauritian Baha’i Community. OPA is located in Belle Rose at the Baha’i Convention Center.
What we do:
OEA has four primary areas of focus: Human Rights, Advancement of Women, Global Prosperty and Moral Development. In these and other areas, OEA engages in public education, dialogue, awareness-raising, media outreach, and policy advocacy. Informed by Baha’i teachings and principles, OEA seeks to contribute to the betterment of society and to promote the development of a just, unified, and sustainable world.
